MARRIAGES

Jesus said, ‘From the beginning of creation God has made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together let no one separate’ (Mark 10:6-9)

Marriage in church is a wonderful opportunity to begin married life together with the blessing of God and with the prayers of the Church. To ensure dates and to make sure that the legal formalities are all completed in good time, please contact:

The fee for a wedding in Church is £280 which includes the publication of the banns of marriage (which becomes the licence for the wedding). It also includes the fee for the organist as well as Church fees. A deposit of £20 is required at the time of the booking, which is then deducted from the total amount.
